The Blue Light Trust is a charitable organisation primarily concerned with the safety and well-being of the elderly in their homes. It is a free service which can supply door and window locks, spy holes in front doors, window alarms, door chains, smoke detectors and CO2 alarms. Tel: 0300 777 0157.
During the first few weeks of January 2015 we managed to get our 5 new parish defibrillators installed at the Village Hall, The Cricketers, The Fox, The Hare & Hounds and in the centre of Hatherden village in addition to the existing unit at The Old Bell and Crown
